1. Who We Are
Perissology Group Ltd is a UK-based courier and private delivery company providing same-day, scheduled, and bespoke delivery services for private and commercial clients. For business clients, we offer a reliable, accountable, and discreet service tailored to time-sensitive and presentation-critical deliveries, with a focus on careful handling and clear communication at every stage.
2. Services & Proper Use
Our services are provided for the transport of lawful and permitted items only and are subject to availability and acceptance at our sole discretion. Our services are strictly for the collection and delivery of goods and do not include passenger transport. Under no circumstances may our services be used to transport individuals or live animals. By placing a booking, you confirm that you have the legal right and authority to send the item(s), and that all information provided, including item descriptions, collection and delivery details, is accurate and complete.
3. Prohibited Items
The following items must not be sent using Perissology services under any circumstances: - Individuals or any form of passenger transport - Live animals or regulated animal products (including blood, fluids, or body parts) - Illegal items or stolen goods Weapons, firearms, component parts, or ammunition - Explosive, flammable, hazardous, infectious, or otherwise dangerous materials - Cash, gift cards, lottery tickets, or other financial instruments - Pornographic, obscene, or offensive materials - Any item you do not have the legal right or authority to send The following items may be transported for business clients, provided they are lawful, safely packaged, and fully declared at the time of booking: - Tobacco products - Vitamins and supplements - Alcohol and other retail goods Perissology reserves the right to refuse, inspect, suspend, or terminate any delivery where an item is known or reasonably suspected to breach these Terms or pose a safety, legal, or operational risk. Where a prohibited or undeclared restricted item is identified, we reserve the right to cancel the service without refund and take any further action deemed necessary.
4. Bookings, Pricing & Payments
Prices are agreed prior to dispatch unless otherwise stated. A booking is only confirmed once accepted by Perissology. Additional charges may apply where applicable, including but not limited to: - Waiting time beyond any included grace period - Extended distance, delays, or rerouting after booking - Incorrect or incomplete item descriptions - Failed or delayed deliveries due to access issues, recipient unavailability, or incorrect details provided Business clients may be offered invoicing or account-based payment arrangements at our discretion. Where such arrangements are in place, payment must be made in accordance with the agreed terms. Where no specific payment terms have been agreed, payment is due immediately upon completion of the service. We reserve the right to require advance payment, card authorisation, or a direct debit mandate for certain bookings or clients. Services may be suspended where payment terms are not adhered to. We reserve the right to apply a reasonable late payment fee and/or statutory interest on overdue invoices in accordance with applicable UK legislation.
5. Responsibilities & Packaging
Business clients are responsible for ensuring that all items are accurately described and suitably prepared for transport. This includes, but is not limited to: - Providing a complete and accurate description of the item(s), including where applicable the declared value - Ensuring all items are securely and appropriately packaged for safe transit, suitable for handling and transportation conditions - Ensuring both sender and recipient are available and accessible at the agreed times - Providing correct and complete collection and delivery details Perissology is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from inadequate or inappropriate packaging, or from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client. We reserve the right to refuse or delay any delivery where packaging is deemed insufficient or unsafe.
6. Cancellations & Refusals
Perissology reserves the right to: - Refuse any booking that breaches these Terms - Cancel or decline a delivery where safety, legal, or operational concerns arise - Suspend or terminate a delivery in progress if prohibited items are identified or where these Terms are otherwise breached Business clients may request to cancel a booking; however, cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of service, including where a driver has been dispatched, collection is in progress, or the service has commenced. Where work has already been undertaken, full or partial charges may apply at our discretion. We reserve the right to place accounts on hold or suspend services where repeated cancellations, misuse of the service, or non-compliance with agreed terms occurs.
7. Liability & Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perissology Group Ltd shall not be liable for: - Indirect or consequential losses - Loss of profits, business, contracts, or data - Delays caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control Business clients are responsible for declaring the nature and value of all items at the time of booking. Where a declared value is provided and expressly accepted by Perissology in writing prior to dispatch, liability for loss or damage may be considered up to that value, subject to these Terms and any agreed conditions. Where no value is declared at the time of booking, liability for any loss or damage is strictly limited to the value of the delivery service provided. Perissology does not provide automatic insurance for goods in transit unless explicitly agreed in writing prior to dispatch. Any additional cover, handling requirements, or specific arrangements must be agreed in advance. High-value or sensitive items may be subject to additional conditions, handling requirements, or prior agreement before acceptance.
8. Updates, Law & Contact
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms, and any services provided by Perissology Group Ltd, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
