Your membership, explained.
What does Privé add to your usual service?
Individual requests remain available whenever you need them. Privé adds five hours of remote support each month, an optional planning conversation and agreed reminders and follow-ups, so we can look ahead together between requests. You receive our personal care whether or not you are a member.
What is included, and what is additional?
Your five hours cover remote concierge support, including the planning call and proactive work. Shopping, collections, deliveries, attendance, storage and setup are separately quoted. Extensive sourcing and substantial projects need their own agreed scope. You are never charged twice for the same work.
When can I get in touch?
Our usual contact hours are 9am–9pm, every day, year-round, London time. We reply around existing commitments and communicate exceptional absences. Contact hours do not guarantee immediate replies or attendance. Every appointment is confirmed individually.
Who can use my membership?
One named member can request help for their household. The five-hour allowance is shared across those requests and across our combined working time; it does not multiply per person. Internal handovers are not an extra charge.
What happens when my included time is nearly used?
We let you know before your included time runs out. If you would like more remote help, it is £60/hour, billed in 15-minute increments (£15) and subject to availability. We agree the work and a spending limit with you first. Related additional time is grouped by request and rounded up once to the next 15 minutes, not per message. We pause before exceeding your approved limit. Physical work stays separately quoted even when remote time remains.
Can I stop my membership?
You can stop the next renewal before it is due. There is no three-month or annual commitment. Cooling-off and other statutory rights are explained in the membership terms.
Where can you help?
We are based in West London. Physical service locations, travel, access and timing are agreed for each request. Membership does not reserve a particular diary slot or promise attendance anywhere at any time.

Membership begins with knowing one another. After three completed, paid concierge engagements, you can request consideration for Privé through your client account, or we may invite you personally.
This gives you time to experience our service and us time to understand where ongoing support would be useful. Requests solely for our concierge courier service do not count towards eligibility. Every membership is personally reviewed and subject to availability.
