How a multi-stop concierge request works

How a multi-stop concierge request works

A multi-stop request brings several related tasks into one agreed brief. The starting point is the outcome you need, followed by the collections, arrangements and handovers required to achieve it.

A multi-stop request brings several related tasks into one agreed brief. The starting point is the outcome you need, followed by the collections, arrangements and handovers required to achieve it.

Your request, at a glance

  1. Brief: tell us the result, locations and deadline.

  2. Agree: confirm availability, the plan and spending.

  3. Coordinate: Darius and Caitlin carry out the agreed tasks.

  4. Handover: everything reaches the agreed recipient, with the relevant confirmation.

Start with the finished result

You do not need to plan the route yourself. Tell us what needs to be ready at the end: a purchase collected, a finishing touch arranged, or several items brought together for one handover.

Distinguish a preferred time from a firm deadline. Retailer opening hours, collection windows and personalisation lead times all shape what can be arranged.

Give every stop a purpose

  • The location and the task to complete.

  • A contact, time window and access instructions.

  • Any collection reference or authorisation required.

  • Whether the item is ready or still needs sourcing.

Let us know if one task must happen before another, such as collecting an item before engraving or gift wrapping.

One clear brief. Personally coordinated from collection to handover.

Agree the budget and decisions

Share your total budget and whether it includes purchases as well as our service. Before work proceeds, we confirm the arrangements, service fees and any third-party spending.

Specify acceptable alternatives, or tell us there should be no substitutions. New purchases or additional costs need your approval before a commitment is made. Keep a contact available for decisions along the way.

Make the handover clear

Confirm the recipient, location and whether an authorised person or hotel concierge may accept the items. Mention delicate contents, packaging and presentation requirements at the start.

Darius and Caitlin personally coordinate and carry out the agreed work, followed by the relevant receipts, confirmation or handover information. Availability must be confirmed; an urgent enquiry is not automatically an accepted booking.
