1. Who we are
Perissology Group Ltd provides Privé. Darius Endersby and Caitlin Endersby personally provide the concierge service. General contact: general@perissology.uk. Registered in England and Wales, company number 10934702. Registered office and correspondence address: Apartment 50 Hollandbury House, 4 Brent Way, Brentford, London, TW8 8GR.
2. Joining
Membership is available to established clients after at least three distinct, completed and paid concierge engagements, subject to our personal approval and capacity. Courier-only collections and deliveries do not qualify. One project counts once even if it contains several stops or bookings. We can verify qualifying historical engagements. Unclear or corrected records require review. Eligibility, an invitation or an application does not create a membership.
After approval, you can review your offer, correct your details and choose when support should start. Your membership contract is formed when you accept the approved offer using the “Agree to £250 per month” button in your account. We provide your agreed terms and payment schedule in a form you can save. The contract and joining process are in English. An approved offer is normally available for 21 days.
Unless you separately request an earlier start, payment opens 15 days after you accept the offer. There are no membership benefits or membership charges during that waiting period. Return to your account on or after that date to complete payment. If you request an earlier start, you can complete payment straight away. In either case, the first £250 is paid at checkout and your first full membership month starts when payment is confirmed. You do not lose included time while waiting. Future payments are monthly from that first billing date; the payment schedule and period dates appear in your account. If you have not begun checkout within 21 days of acceptance, the unpaid membership agreement expires without charge. A failed or pending payment does not grant a new monthly allowance.
3. Price and included support
Membership costs £250 each membership month. No joining fee, service credit or minimum multi-month commitment applies. £250 is the total monthly membership price. Payment is collected through Stripe using an eligible payment method shown at checkout.
Each membership month includes up to 300 minutes of remote concierge work. This covers light planning, research, shortlists, straightforward arrangements, agreed reminders and follow-ups. An optional 20-minute monthly planning conversation is included within that allowance. Proactive work uses the same allowance.
The allowance covers combined working time across Darius and Caitlin. If both perform necessary client work for 30 minutes together, that uses 60 minutes; normally one person handles remote work. Internal handovers do not create an extra charge. We record actual time without a minimum charge for each message. You can view your recorded use and remaining allowance in your account, or ask us for an explanation. We let you know before further work needs a separate quote. Time not used during a membership month does not roll over; it has no cash value. This does not remove rights where we have failed to provide the agreed service.
One named member may request support for their household. Household requests share the same allowance. Membership is not transferable and does not automatically allow other people to sign in to your account or authorise spending.
4. Additional work and purchases
Physical shopping, attendance, collections, deliveries, storage and setup are additional. Extensive sourcing, detailed project coordination and sustained daily support also require an agreed scope and fee. We will agree any additional charge before undertaking it. No automatic overage charges apply.
Additional remote support of the same kind as the included allowance is available at £60 per hour, subject to availability. We first agree the scope, estimated time and maximum charge with you. Only time beyond the included allowance is chargeable at this rate. Related additional working time is combined for each request and rounded up once to the next 15-minute increment (£15), not separately for each message or follow-up. This uses the same combined-working-time basis as included support; necessary work by both owners will be explained and agreed beforehand. We pause before exceeding your approved spending limit. Internal handovers and work already paid for in a separate project are not charged again. This is a rate for work carried out with your approval, not an automatic charge or a prepaid block of expiring time.
Goods, tickets and third-party expenses are separate from membership. Purchase budgets and approval requirements are agreed before spending. Membership does not authorise us to make purchases on your behalf without that agreement. Routine clarification and updates already included within a paid request are not charged again under membership. Work already covered by included support is excluded from additional project fees.
Separate bookings have their own agreed scope and our Private Client Terms. These membership terms govern the membership fee, included support and renewal; if there is a conflict on those subjects, these membership terms take precedence. Ending membership does not by itself resolve those bookings or remove cancellation/refund rights that apply to them. We will explain how any linked arrangements are affected.
5. Contact and availability
Our usual contact hours are 09:00–21:00, seven days a week, year-round, Europe/London time. We respond around existing commitments and will communicate exceptional absences. These are contact hours, not a promise of instant response, same-day attendance or uninterrupted emergency cover.
Physical work is based around West London and agreed individually by location, travel, access and timing. No reserved diary hours or guaranteed appointment are included. Confirmed bookings are honoured. If we cannot supply a material part of your membership, we will discuss a suitable remedy, including an appropriate refund or adjustment where required.
6. Monthly renewal and stopping renewal
Membership renews monthly at £250 unless you stop renewal before the next payment is due. The next payment date appears at checkout and in your account. No three-month minimum or annual commitment applies. Stop renewal through your account or by clearly telling us using your usual contact method. We will confirm the instruction and final date. We will not require an unnecessary call or a reason to leave.
Ordinarily, stopping renewal leaves the already-paid membership available until its period ends. Cooling-off cancellation and rights arising from service failure are separate and may entitle you to end earlier or receive a refund. A future price or material benefit change requires clear advance notice and the opportunity to end before it applies. We will not apply an increase retrospectively.
7. Initial cooling-off cancellation
For a consumer joining at a distance, the usual initial cancellation period ends 14 days after the day the membership contract is entered into. You may cancel by a clear statement, without giving a reason. The model form below is optional. A change to a later renewal is not a substitute for processing an initial cooling-off cancellation.
If you want support to start during that period, we will ask for your express request separately from acceptance of the contract. If you then cancel, a proportionate amount may be payable for service properly supplied before cancellation where the legal conditions are met. Otherwise, we will schedule the start after that period. Starting support does not automatically remove the cancellation right. Using all 300 minutes does not automatically remove your right to cancel the ongoing membership.
Any refund due for cancellation of the services contract will be made within the applicable statutory deadline, normally 14 days after we are informed, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed without a fee. Where you expressly requested an early start, our proportionate charge is calculated only from remote support actually supplied before you cancelled: £250 multiplied by the recorded combined minutes used, divided by 300, rounded to the nearest penny and capped at £250. We do not also charge for mere availability or unused time. We provide the calculation and correct any disputed or inaccurate time before settling the refund. If the legal conditions for charging are not met, no such deduction is made. Separate authorised purchases and bookings are handled under their own applicable cancellation rights.
8. Our responsibilities and your rights
We will provide services with reasonable care and skill and keep you informed about agreed arrangements. Please provide accurate instructions and timely approvals. Where a supplier or venue controls availability, we do not promise a result we cannot secure.
Nothing here excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights, liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or remedies for our own failure to perform. Complaints can be raised directly with Darius or Caitlin or by email. We will consider the issue and explain the proposed resolution.
9. Ending membership by Perissology
We may stop a future renewal if our capacity changes, with reasonable notice and an explanation. Serious abuse, fraud, illegal requests or a substantial unresolved payment problem may require an immediate pause and personal review. We will explain the reason where appropriate, consider the circumstances fairly and account for any service not supplied. This is not an unrestricted right to keep payment while refusing service. Required remedies and refunds remain available.
10. Preferences and privacy
We use account details, relevant preferences and agreed dates to provide the service. We only ask for what is needed; tell us when a preference changes or should no longer be retained. We do not need broad access to your private messages, calendars or sensitive records to provide membership. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use and retain your information, work with service providers and respect your data rights. Membership records include verified eligibility, approval decisions, the terms you accepted, billing references and time used. We do not store your full payment-card details.
