Restaurant & prepared-food collections
We collect from agreed restaurants, hotels and suppliers, checking order details with your permission. Substitutions and allergen questions are referred to the supplier and client; we are not an in-house caterer.
Shopping & onboard essentials
Gifts, groceries and personal items sourced to your agreed brief and budget, subject to availability.
Multi-stop coordination & timed handovers
We bring several collections together, keep you and the receiving team informed, and agree the handover location, deadline and access before accepting a request.
Darius and Caitlin personally manage each agreed collection and delivery, whether the brief comes from a private client, PA, crew or aviation support team.
We coordinate restaurant collections, shopping and timed handovers across London and surrounding private terminals by agreement, with clear communication throughout.
The designated terminal or receiving team, deadline and access arrangements are agreed before we accept the work. We do not assume airside or aircraft-door access.

From our work: Darius and Caitlin coordinated several food collections between 5pm and 5am, handled supplier changes with approval, and delivered to Harrods Aviation within the agreed deadlines. Harrods Aviation was the delivery destination; Perissology acted independently for its client.
